12:21a	Hoopties are all the rage Most of you were there for it, but three or four calls tonight (after 10, some after 11!) about the $800 Lincoln, including of course the guy who Jesus told to buy it. Yeah, I'm not making that up. Anyway, Jesus also apparently told him to haggle pretty hard, and to come all the way from the ATL to get it. But two other guys are local, want to see it tomorrow, and don't want to haggle over the phone. I don't need the aggravation, y'know? No song and dance. I don't want to go to Western Union to get my $200 deposit. Show up with genuine bills and buy my friggin' hoopty. Is that so much to ask? (1 Comment | Comment on this)
8:27p	It almost looks like it's trying to look like a car dealership Three people came to look at the hoopty today. One left without comment, one liked it and wanted to buy it, but only after he sold his own car, and the third called it "tacky." I couldn't really argue with that. The guy from Atlanta also called, and he wants to Western Union me some money. I solved the spurious flashing light problem, and worked on the appearance of the Saturn. I need to hurry up and greenlight it so I can advertise it and sell it, though. I like it too much, and how we gonna pay last year's rent? Here's a picture Billy took in my shop today, after we figured out how many cars it can hold (the answer is significantly more than four; that's just only how many we had). Speaking of tacky, I really need to clean the hell out of my shop. ( Look at all the cars! ) There are chrysalises in my bedroom. It's ok, though. They're with me.
