Return of laissez-faire
I'll tell you what's awesome enough to make me shaky. It's a floor plan, approved as of today. Enough to fill up my warehouse with cars. And not hoopties, either. Yeah buddy. Of course, it will take several days to finalize - I'll be surprised if I can use it to buy cars at next Tuesday's auction - but, it's coming, and soon I won't be nearly as likely to skip out on $10 Dancy McDance night, or pay cash for gasoline like a common scro, or pay attention to the prices when I'm ordering food, or languish in non-camera-phone having hell. I'm thrilled by this news. Being thrifty (guh) did, though, have one useful outcome besides not going completely broke, which is that I discovered that one wicked awesome salad, with the spinach, candied pecans, and goat cheese. Best salad ever.
So, I'm not out of the woods yet, but at least I've learned a valuable lesson. Darrick knows what it is.
